Slime: How to Clean It Up After the Fun Is Done

By Shannon Williamson November 9, 2018

How to get the slime (and anything else) off

Homemade slime. I have a love-hate relationship with it! On one hand, it keeps my daughter entertained for hours as she pulls it, squeezes it and sets her ponies in it. But on the other hand, it inevitably ends up in her hair and on her clothes.

Enter Thieves Household Cleaner, a plant-based, non-toxic, immune-boosting miracle worker that cleans just about everything in your home. I simply sprayed her shirt about 10 times to really saturate it, let it sit for 10 minutes, and scrubbed the remaining slime off under the sink.

See the results? And this is before the washing machine! After popping it into the wash, it came out beautifully. No remnants of the fun she had that morning.

Which means slime can remain in my house, and my daughter couldn’t be happier!
