Sugar. It’s in just about everything. And I know that because I did a sugar detox last year and I felt like I couldn’t eat ANYTHING! My diet consisted of lots of meat, veggies, nuts, and a little bit of dairy. 

The thing is, after my detox, I just couldn’t go back to the sugar. Everything was just so SWEET, and it really opened my eyes to all the hidden yuck that’s in the standard American diet (SAD)!!! Chronically sick? Check the sugar in your diet. Inflammation? Check the sugar in your diet. Belly fat that won’t go away? Check the sugar in your diet.
