Popsicles!

Summer!!!! We still have another month before the kids head back to school. I, for one, plan to soak it all up and spend as much time outdoors as possible!

I also try to feed my kids as many whole foods as possible and limit the sugar, dye, and processed foods most of today’s food is laden with, to keep their immune systems in top shape as we head into fall. 

One of our favorite summer treats are the simple popsicles we always keep in the freezer. You can even make a fun activity of picking berries at a local farm and talking about the importance of knowing where your food comes from!

Here’s how EASY it is to make these popsicles! 

What you need:

2-3 cups fresh berries

½ C raw local honey 

To make:

Blend and pour into popsicle molds

ENJOY!!!!!!!!
